This upstairs lake view unit has two separate bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. The living room has a sofa, coffee table, 43” flat screen TV and complimentary basic internet service as well as a small sitting area for two. This unit has a small kitchen that includes a small fridge, 2 burner stove top, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster which is perfect  if you choose to prepare basic meals. This unit also has its own individually controlled heat and air conditioning. The bathroom includes a shower with tub, fresh towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. This cottage has a porch with panoramic views of the property and beautiful Lake George!

This spacious one bedroom cottage has a private gated deck with a lake view. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. The main room is a large open living room and kitchen area that has an additional queen size bed, a sofa, coffee table and 32” flat screen TV. The kitchen includes a 2 burner stove top, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. This unit has complimentary basic internet service as well as individually controlled heat and air conditioning.

The sofa is not a sleeper sofa

This unit underwent renovations as of the 2022 season and is getting a new permanent kitchen for the 2024 season with new photos to come this spring.

This cozy cottage is a single room studio unit with a king size bed, sitting area for two, 32” flat screen TV, complimentary basic internet service and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. There is a kitchenette with a medium size fridge and separate freezer, sink, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom has a large walk in shower stall, fresh towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. There is a deck with a scenic view of Lake George!

It includes two queen size beds, a 32” flat screen TV, complimentary basic internet service, mini fridge, microwave, as well as individually controlled heat and air conditioning. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower complete with fresh towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. There is a sliding glass door to a wrap around gated deck that looks out towards our beach area and beautiful Lake George
