COVID-19 Information
O’Sullivan’s is taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, as well as ensuring additional steps for the safety of our guests and staff members. We have set-up procedures to follow the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health authorities, because of this, we would like to share with you some of the changes/adaptations to create a safe environment.
When you arrive, please only have one individual from your party enter the front desk area and remain behind the barrier, we also ask that they wear a mask.
Currently, there is no daily housekeeping. We are more than happy to assist our guests with new towels, soaps, or cleaning items during your stay by having you simply call or visiting our front desk area.
Additional cleaning and sanitization of high touch surfaces in common areas on property are being attended to on a regular basis.
Our pool and beach are open. We are asking our guests to be respectful and follow social distancing guidelines.
If you have rented a motel room or cabin with a kitchenette, please be advised that we do not have these rooms stocked with plates, silverware, cooking utensils or cups. We will be providing our guests with a pot, pan for cooking and additional cooking items may be available upon request. This is in accordance with guidance from the local health department.
There are charcoal grills located throughout the facility, if you would like to grill during this time please bring utensils and charcoal to grill with.
Kayak rentals are available and we will be sanitizing paddles and life vests after each use.
Area restaurants are doing take-out/delivery as well as outdoor dining and limited indoor dining at this time.
Local attractions may be closed during this time, please call ahead to ensure your favorite places to visit are open. Please note they may be operating at a limited capacity and they may also require reservations.
As part of New York State's collective effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 you have to wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth if you are in a public closed environment (indoors) or when you cannot keep a proper social distance (six feet away from people who aren't part of your household). Even when you are outdoors, you should have your mask available in case you are not able to social distance. Additionally, businesses will enforce facial covering and social distancing policies, and local law enforcement is prepared to help as needed. Be sure to pay attention to any signs they have posted and always have your mask on hand.
